Early years Dilli Raman Regmi was born on 19th December 1913 (corresponding to Poush 4, 1970 B.S.) at Kilagal, Kathmandu. Regmi was the only son of his parents, Rohini Raman Regmi and Mukti Devi Regmi. His only sister, Khaga Kumari was born five years before him. His mother died when he was four. And, he was only a boy of fourteen when his beloved father, Rohini Raman passed away. |
